Field Sales Representative

With our continued growth and expansion, LoyalRate is looking to recruit additional B2B Field Sales Representative in London to sign up local shops such as coffee shops, barbers, dry cleaners, and more. We provide fantastic development & training, hands-on sales support, excellent incentive schemes and uncapped earnings.


You can pick your preferred compensation structure:

Package 1:

  • A Base Salary of £20,000 with £50 bonus for each shop’s activation. (e.g. 40 shop signups per month = £2,000 bonus per month, and more)
  • 20% of LoyalRate first month’s revenue from the Shops you signed up.

Package 2:

  • £100 bonus for each shop activation (e.g. 40 shop signups per month = £4,000 salary per month, and more)
  • 20% of LoyalRate first month’s revenue from the Shops you signed up.

The Field Sales Representative will report to our Founders. We welcome working with sales agencies and sales networks as well.

Other perks

  • Free LoyalRate credits, meaning free stuff on us provided directly by our Shops! (free coffees, meals, haircuts etc.)
  • Unlimited earning potential; there is no cap on what you can earn in commissions. The more shops you sign up, the more you earn.
  • Flexible working: we don’t check how/where/when you work. You can work however you like at your own pace and in your own time, to achieve your target.
  • Cool central London office, with direct access to the founders and other interesting, motivated co-workers.
  • Start date: As soon as possible.

    Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

    • Set up new client leads (travelling around London for face to face sales to local shops).
    • Manage a diary with daily visit targets.
    • Understand the product and explain our value propositions to the shops.
    • Providing product demo to shop employees after sales.
    • Build rapport with business owners and convince key decision-makers.
    • Communicate with the product team and the sales support team.
